1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Glow Mirror Pro website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Glow Mirror Pro. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. However, the price you pay will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.
Taxes & Duties: Sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address. For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local customs office, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

3. Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a return shipping label and process a replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

4. Installation & Safety

Professional Installation

For your safety and to ensure proper functioning, we strongly recommend professional installation of all Glow Mirror Pro products. Our mirrors require proper electrical connections and secure mounting to wall studs or appropriate wall anchors.

Safety Precautions

  • Installation should only be performed by a qualified electrician or professional installer
  • Ensure your electrical system meets local building codes and regulations
  • Turn off power at the circuit breaker before beginning installation
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment during installation

Warranty Considerations

Improper installation may void your product warranty. Retain all receipts and documentation from professional installers as proof of proper installation.

5. Limited Warranty

Coverage

Glow Mirror Pro warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods from the date of purchase:

  • LED Lighting Components: 3 years
  • Mirror Glass: 2 years
  • Electronics and Controls: 2 years
  • Finishes and Coatings: 1 year

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature or environmental conditions

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. You may be asked to provide photos or return the product for inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Glow Mirror Pro, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from:

  • The use of, or inability to use, the service or products
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
  • Any other matter relating to the service or products

Total Liability

In no event shall Glow Mirror Pro's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to such claim.

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@glowmirrorpro.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy through binding arbitration rather than in courts of general jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
